☆TERMS OF SERVICE☆☆I. GENERAL TERMS☆
Please write in a clear and concise manner, not a wall of text.
Provide neat references.Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission at any point.☆II. PAYMENT☆
All payment for commissions is facilitated via my Ko-Fi page
All commissions must be paid in full upfront.

☆III. PROCESS☆
After a discussion of the commission and payment is fully processed, the commissioner will be provided a sketch up to 2 weeks later. Progress will continue once the sketch is approved.
Further WIPs will be provided regularly, or upon the commissioner’s request.The estimated time for the commission's completion will be provided after the initial sketch.
The time for your commission to be may be up to 3 months.☆IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION☆
I will do everything I can to make my customers happy!
However after a commission is finished only small changes are allowed to be made,
such as small coloring/marking mistakes.After the initial sketch is approved, bigger changes come with an extra charge. Price is dependent on its extent.Please provide clear and specific references to limit the amount of changes done after the initial sketch. Be as specific as you can in what you want and don’t want.☆V. COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY☆
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I’m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself in any place or site.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.
If you would like the art to remain private, please let me know!The commissioner retains the right to use the produced drawing for personal use.
The commissioner may print the art and claim the right of their characters, but not the artwork itself.
The commissioner may use the art to promote themselves, use for avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays etc.
The commissioner may not take credit for the creation of the artwork, alter the artwork without my consent, or remove my signature/watermark without my consent.
The commissioner may not use the produced artwork commercially (for sale) under any circumstance.Commissioners are not permitted under any circumstances to use any part of commissioned work in any block-chain related technology including non fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. Using any commissioned work is also strictly prohibited from use in any advertising or profits associated with block-chain related technology including non fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
Any aspect of the commission may not be used to train, validate, or test any neural network or artificial intelligence.
